G'day my 95'tohatsu m8b may be running hot as when i warm it up it gets enough cooling water but when you on th plane for a few minutes and slow up what apears to be steam comes from the idle releif.and the water is scalding. could th water jacket be blocked or trouble with thermostat.<br /><br /><br />Thanks
