M60-A Tiller Conversion

I found an older model 1984 60hp Tohatsu, which I believe is the M60-A with remotes. Also, I found a tiller handle BR#6418 that may work for the conversion. Just wondered if any of you guys know if the conversion is possible with the above part number.
