back with the m40d have finally yesterday had the time to drop the lower unit and take a look at rhe upper seal and it looks to be in very rough shape it looks like i need to replace the whole plate with seals and all. i went to the only tohatsu dealer in my area and they said 7 to 10 bussiness days for the parts and i have a tournament next weekend the 2nd. i have tried to find parts on the internet but it is very difficult is there anywhere i can get the parts sooner. also i noticed there is a bearing just under the seal and it looks just a little rusty is this a big problem ( it still spins ) and should i replace it?
