Lowrance LMS 350A Question

I have a LMS 350A that want pick up any satelites. My antenna is hooked up right, and every thing else is right. Can anyone tell me if there is a way to do a hard restart, or if there is any update programs for it.

Check the Lowrance web site. They list all the updates for their equipment and also have instructions for doing a reset.

Is this a new installation or a unit that has been working for a while on the boat. Make sure the Gps plug pins are clean and the plug is tight. Turn on the digital data and and check the voltage. Should be 12.6 Volts. If lower then charge the battery and recheck the that the power and GPS pins are clean.

GPS module was a option on that unit so do you have the antenna.
