lower unit

on my 75 115 johnson,after i run it for a while i noticed some black oil running out of two tiny holes on each side of the lower unit,couuld this indicate a bad seal ? thanks

Is there water in the gearcase? Does it smell like gear oil or fuel? If the motor runs very rich it could be fuel. Good luck!
