Lower unit seal?

Was just working on my 9.9 Johnson OB. After the work was done, I noticed a lot of lower unit oil coming out the prop, white and emulsified. Seems the lower unit seal has blown. I do a lot of engine repairs but haven't done the lower unit seal before....can someone tell me whether it is a difficult procedure....and what parts I should order?

Are you sure it's lower unit oil? By the way you described it, it sounds more like unburned oil coming out of the exhaust.
Check the lower unit oil and see if it has water in it, just to sure, but most likely unburned engine oil dripping from around the prop.
