Lower Unit Replacement on a 1350

Will a gear case off a 1991 90 hp fit onto a Mercury model 1350...??????

Trying to replace a lower unit on the 1350 and OldMercsRule gave me a list of some that would fit but he suggested i post here to make sure

Adam, That is a lot of year's difference. I do not know if it will fit. Do they take the same prop line?

But I was lucky and OldMercsRule and scatty were 100% correct. We replaced the lower unit (Original one) and now it seems that reverse catches and ngages like it should..Proof will be tomm when we place her on the water....If not at least I can go forward....lol
