lower unit question

will a lower unit off a omc 200 hp work on a omc 150 hp? looks the same and all bolt holes line up but are they geared different?

What year is the 150 and is it a 60 degree engine?

the 150 is a '84 and the 200 is a '94. don't know the degree. both ae 20"
