Lower unit pressure test

I have an alpha 1 lower unit that neeeds a new water pump. Thought I would pressure test it and found a leak at the shift bushing. Air seems to be coming up the center of the bushing, but nowhere else.
How do I fix this ? Is the bushing threaded in ?Are there seals pressed into bushing ? Any special tools needed?

is there a difference between part # 18-2155 and part # 18-2154 ? same price but what is different?? (this is for the shift bushing)
