I just got a 1969 18hp evinrude. What oil am I supposed to use in the lower unit? First thing I did wad pull the oil and it had water in it. Replaced with new 80W/90 gear oil and ran it at the lake. The oil is milky white but no water was seperated after 2hours. Im waiting on the new seal kit. Is it ok to replace the oil and use as normal till the seal kit comes?
