I changed my L/U oil today, after filling it till it ran out the top the air bubbles never really stopped coming. I spilled quite a bit of oil out the vent hole some large air bubbles came out, most of the bubbles stopped coming but no matter how much oil I put through it some small bubbles still came out? Should I buy another quart of lube and pump more through it?

Get another quart. What I do is pump it through till it comes out the vent. Then I switch it around and fill it back through the vent till it comes out the fill. Then I do the other way again.
You might always see air bubbles.J

WHAT ENGINE?

Standard practice is to have the engine vertical. Fill through the fill port. (OR the bottom drain if it only has drain and vent.) Fill until the oil comes out the vent port. STOP and let the engine sit for about 1/2 hour to let air rise. Top off with another ounce or two of lower unit lube until oil again comes out the vent. Do not fill through the vent in newer one piece lower units with drain, fill and vent plugs. Internally the vent has a restricted 1/8 hole next to the drive shaft lower needle bearing and you will not get a correct fill.

85hp Chrysler... I'm gonna pick up another quart and top it off later. Anyone know where you can buy the dran plugs for these motors, my allen slot is starting to get a little worn.

This site doesn't seem to carry them.
Boats.net does. About $2.50 each.
When you re-install.Use Seal tape or plummers putty.
Fill out the profile, and always put in the make, model and serial # if you have it.A picture wouldn't hurt either.J
