My 2004 115hp Johnson M# J115PXSRM outboard...
Leaking shaft seals do to laziness aka mono kill. ;D

Any easy way to pull them out and replace them?

You are going to have to pull the bearing housing to do a proper job.

The driveshaft seals go in back-to-back and that's a little tricky without the proper seal installer tools. When you have it apart, you might as well reseal the whole case-Bombardier sells a seal kit for the job. Including: the shift shaft seal, carrier oring, upper driveshaft seal, and carrier bolt orings-in addition to the two drive shaft seals.
