Lower Unit Compatibility 150eled & 200 Ocean Pro??

Is a 200hp lower unit from a 96 Ocean Pro compatible with a 150eled. The ocean pro has a bolt on exterior screen at the water intake. Mine has 4 holes with an interior screen. That's the only visible difference I see. The measurements appear to be very similar but we are 150 miles apart. The shaft on the ocean pro is longer so I would need to switch over my shorter shaft and shifter from the my unit, the 150. Otherwise, are these units bolt on compatible?

If so, is switching out the shaft and shifter an easy job?

Yep ....both unit use the 2 piece drive shafts and same gear ratio. Just pop your old one out and install along with shift rod.
