I have a mariner/ mercury 20 1986 model and im trying to change the impeller and i unbolted the four bolts and it came down about a half and inch but the driveshaft will not come out. Am i missing something?
What about the shift linkage ?---------It needs to be disconnected up near the carburetor.----Remove electric starter if so equipped so you can see the simple set-up in there.
