Ok, remove 2 bolts on each side, 4 total. Remove bolt in front of trim tab. Remove trim tab, and there's a bolt hidden under it also. Below the lowest carb there's a bolt holding the shift rod together. Have someone shift it a few times while you look, you'll see it movingup and down. Sometimes its easier to remove the carb to get to it. Get ready, she's loose!
