Low water PSI on Merc engine

Hi guys
I need some help !
I have a 5.0 L mpi merc 2004 my raw water pump on intake is full of bubbles and my water psi is only 1.2 psi what should my water psi be and were is air coming from its sucking my intake pipe in .cheers

I am not familiar w/ I/O's, but his is an outboard forum, maybe should repost on the I/O to get a response. Maybe one of the MODS will move it for you.
