ihave a1979 100 horsepower jhonson that will not idle on low as soon as i put it in gear it will die and is hard to get started again ,it will idle on high but it will die as soon as it is put in gear. does anyone have any suggestions?
Post this under the Outboard Engine Troubles and Questions. It could be a carb problem or an ignition problem not firing properly on all 4 cylinders.<br /><br />Bob
