Low idle Buck

The remote cable was locked up for the low idle fuel mixture adjustment.. Had to disconnect it to be able to adjust it properly. Close but no cigar, Cant find the high side for the gas air fuel mix. Seems lean at wot maybe and should smoke a little more at Idle and low speed.

Even happens with the cowl off, plenty of fuel, points set good,good spark, good plugs, clean carb, 50 to 1 mix,does better under load, top end is great, I know these motors allways idled a bit bad, but this is like, well a buck, timing mishap maybe???????? Cant take it, shop time. Still open to ideas.

They told me the fuel pump,carb,timing are a little out. The butterfly does not open 100 percent IE straight up and down. They wont even look at it for three days though. Id rather have it back and look at it again. Any thoughts?

calibration filler plug, clogged slash leaking." calibration filler plug" key words for the threads dealing with this prb. And its called a lean sneeze, Im learning.
