Ok..I had a braided line come loose on my port trim cylinder. I tightened things up and put in fresh oil.
I now get foamy looking oil coming out of the filler neck of the trim pump as I let the drive down. I had a previous post about this, and it was suggested I may have to take things apart?
The air bubbles will eventually dissapate, usually over-night. Will they go away, or is this something the pros should handle?

What is the procedure for purging the trim cylinders?

The shop said it's 'self purging', but I have a hard time believing that.

Thanks again,

H.

Try to drain or siphon as much of the oil out as you can, refill and keep cycling it. It will eventually work its way out.
