loss of power 120hp OMC

I have a 1981 17' with a 120 HP OMC It starts fine runs great for about 10-15 minutes then starts to run rough. I changed the plugs, then the points & condenser and then the coil.Still no luck When it is running rough if I press the Engine down or up switch it gets worse fast!! Any input on the next step?? Help

Sound like a problem I had. It was the fuel/air mixture. Just a simple tune up.
