I have a Force 50 H.P. I pump the fuel bulb and the motor starts fine the first time. After running the motor and stopping and fishing for awhile, the motor seems to be starved for fuel. The bulb is no longer hard and I have to pump the bulb numerous times to get the motor to start again. Help Help Help!! Thanks....

When is the last time you changed your fuel hose assy and fuel pump diaphram?

If you can't remember, change them. Also change the inlet screen gasket also.

Take apart your fuel pump/filter assembly and clean the check ball. Might be stuck from oil buildup. The check ball prevents the fuel from draining out of the engine when off.
