lopsided hurricanes with lots of rain ruin boating weekend

its been raining straight for 3 days..... ruined the boating plans this weekend....

Sally has been stretching her lop-sided east side to keep the Florida Suncoast wet.

had enough rain and moisture to get mildew going on a bunch of stuff in the garage....Tam left the garage door open Friday during the heavy rains.....currently running the garage AC to try to dry it out... will end up spending a week cleaning it all.

isnt there a song lyric.... aint seen the sunshine in 3 damn days.....

Up here in central Florida, we've had pretty much zero rain over the last several days. We even had to water the garden and trees. Sally is definitely lopsided.

Don’t feel crapped on Scott . Been raining for weeks it seems up here ...
Im really sick of it for a while .. I wish we could send some of it to the west coast where they need it atm ....

I feel the pain. Another weekend of the boat sitting next to house looking at me like, "really, dude?"

Every pair of shoes I have are soaked ! Trying to get some things done to the boat and trailer for our trip to the Suwannee this weekend ..
Pours rain for 30 mins stops for 5 drizzles a while , stops , then pours for 10 mins , and so on ..
Been digging footers for a new metal rv/car shelter . Filled to the top and over flowing water .. An absolute mess ..LOL !

I cant walk in the back yard much less drive back there to hook onto the boat. there is 3" of standing water in areas. the area has a flood watch.

Last night about midnight we were hit be a particularly nasty band.... Bright red on radar...1/2 mile wide anout 10 miles long. Dumped about 7" of rain over 35 minutes.

now Sally is making a right turn and is still lopsided.

so its continuing to rain

I have sunshine today....... still have standing water. the grass is now 6" tall

and the neighbor has a bumper crop of mushrooms growing.
