first off i just got my motor a 1972 mercury 9.8hp checked and new seals put in the propeller they told me they were leaking so put new ones in. i went fishing on 3/14/09 nice weather not cold at all boat did good no leaks nothing then got snow on 3/27/09 blizzard had boat in garage all that time since last fishing trip. between that time i been in the garage and didn't see no leaks till today please help me see whats wrong with it don't know if this is normal leaking like this and my garage is not heated. heres some pictures
