Looking to buy this boat

I am looking at buying a 2003 Rinker 192 with a 4.3l engine...<br /><br />First how fast will it go?<br /><br />Next they have the price at 19995...I checked NADA and the price was 13515...whats a good price for this boat and trailer?<br /><br />thanks!<br /><br />and also are Rinkers nice boats?
