I am looking for a lake in fl or ga to take the wife and kids on a fishing trip. We will need a nice cabin and would like to have a pool or a place to swim as well. looking for pan fish and cats to keep the kids catching so they will not get bord and that in turn will keep the wife happy and all will be well

The site explaines it all. The fishing is great. We caught many panfish on cane poles. A great get-away and sooooo relaxing.

Elijah Clarke State Park, Lincoln Ga, on Clarkes Hill Lake. There is all kinds of fishing there, they have cabins, I have stayed them, fished right behind the cabin, catfish and pan fish. There are several lakes on the Savannah River and all have great fishing and places to stay. Lake Lanier out from Atlanta is also a great place for any type of watersport/fishing you want.

Lake George Florida, Scrufty's RV Park has cabins and sites for rent, Beautiful lake, soft sandy bottom, lots of springs around and good fishing last year. Another option is Pacetti's RV on the trout creek/St John's river, Good fishing, Place to play if you want to ski or tube, Pacetti's has cabins/trailers for rent and a gravel ramp and a pier with fuel available. They charge to dock the boat overnight and to use the ramp.
