Looking for the right grommet

I have a 1994 Yamaha *HP Model 8MLHS. Anyone have any idea where i can get the right Grommet for the upper Casing where the shifting rod goes thru the upper casing. The part # listed is 90480-20M29-00. No way does it fit.

If you can't find one then consider making one out of a section of rubber hose?
