Looking for new/rebuilt upper drive assm'ly

I'm looking for a rebuilt OMC Cobra upper drive assembly. (1993) My local marine mechanic says I can buy them cheaper than he can and he will install it for me. Any companies out there that ya'll recommend for quality product and a decent price??<br /><br />Thanx, Mike
