Best I can tell you is that it is between a 1970-1976 model. The fuel mix is 50:1. 1 pint of TCW-3 oil per 6 gallons of gas. The lower end lube is high viscosity lube. Maybe others can get you closer on the year.

Somewhere between 1970 and 1976. Probably between 1970 and 1973 because I cant find it on the list from 1974 on. Fuel mix is 50 to 1. A standard 80w90 lower unit oil should work but you would be better off using Mercury High Performance Gear Oil. You should get a manual for this motor because I doubt you will be able to find too many mechanics that are willing to work on this motor because of the age. The good thing is they are pretty easy to work on.

The #s you posted are for a 1972 model

Thank you all for your time and help. I picked this boat up yesterday for 300 bucks it's a little older but clean as a whistle. bought it from an old timer.
