Looking for Force part COVER ASSY 818074A1

Hello All,

Trying to rebuild my 94 Force 90 HP lower unit and this part broke in half while I was disassembling the lower unit. For the life of me I have looked all over online parts sites and cannot find a replacement. It appears they have either discontinued the part and are no longer making it or there is a very little supply.

Hopefully someone on here can help me out.

Sorry to hear about Don.

That part is really hard to get as they only used it for a short time.
The next thing is try to find a lower unit or even a whole donor motor.
Look around I found a 125 for 125$
Try using the product advertised that welds metal? If I can find the add I'll pass it along.

I put a link on here to a 2 part epoxy that will maybe fix the broken cover.
The mod deleted it.(they might sell something like this on this site???)
It's advertised on FB and Ebay.
If you can't find one? send me a PM and i will look it up and pass it along.

Don't think thats gonna fit a '94. Looks like it only fits '89 and '90 models with the old gearcase.
His '94 has a Mercury gearcase.
