Was just wondering how you made out with your 4 month old fuel. What kind of motor? Did it run OK or did it burn / stick a piston? What octane did you run?

The motor worked great! I put a gas stabilizer in it and topped off with a 92 octane unleaded gasoline. I just purchased the motor(1990 88hp Johnson)used and knew that the owner had used it very recently for fishing so it had not sat with old fuel. It was just my tank of gas from my old siezed up motor that I was worried about. Thanks for your help!<br /><br />Chris
