Rono Welcome to iboats and the Starcraft club ( after we see pics of said Starcraft :D ) .

The cover really depends on what you want to spend and how nice of a cover you want . They can be found here on iboats or at places like Bass Pro Shops or even at Wally world and much like anything else the cheaper the cover the ( cheaper the cover ) you can even go as cheap as a simple tarp and some rope and bungies all just depends on what you are willing to spend :D. You could even go as far as to have a boat upholsterer make a custom fitted cover just for your boat ( Thats the expensive way to do it ) :D.

The $50 covers from Wal-Mart are actually a pretty good bang for your buck. I had one on my 16' and it fit well and kept the water out. What more could you ask for.

Rick I got a Westland one from iboats on crazy sale last year. Still only paid about $50 or so on it. It is heavier canvas and has better elastic and a pocket for the outboard. However, it doesn't seem as watertight!

Thanks Rick and EZ. As you probably figured out by the question I am a rookie at this but I got tired of fishing off banks and lakes. So please be patient with me, I'll have ALOT of stupid questions. I'll be posting a picture soon. Thanks again for the help.

Rono I am pretty new to this ( again ) myself hvent had a boat for 20 years or more so I am relearning alot of stuff . Be sure to start a resto thread over in the resto forum theres alot of us over there tearing into our old starcrafts at the moment and also be sure to take a look at the 2010 starcraft get together at the top of this forum we are in the planning stage for it now .
