Back looking at center console boats again. While my boat seems to stay at the mechanic, it might be time to make a move. So, I need pro's and con's on the following boats:

Bluewave 22 foot with recommended Fourstroke

Keywest Bay Reek with recommended fourstroke

SeaPro SV200CC with recommended fourstroke

or any other 22 foot boat under $35K..

What do you think about liner versus non-linear boat???

90% of the time I will use it for Central Texas Open Lake fishing

10% in Texas Coastline,Aransas bay, in 2-4 foot of water....

Re: Looking at center console boats for purchase

Blue Wave is popular in TX. The new NauticStar 2200 looks like it could handle big water. But I have no idea if it will squeeze under the $35k threshold. In boats this big I prefer linered, of course that will increase the price. Big roll gunnel vs smaller linered (for same $$) would pose an interesting choice. How tough is it to get demo runs there?

Kelly Cook

PS - Seems like you already got an earful on RodnReel - Bay Boat Recommendation-1st time to post! :)
