18 maybe 19 year old boat with only 400 hrs, how long has it sat unused, if it has been used every year just short runs then maybe 400 hrs is not to bad. I am thinking that it may have sat for a long time unused, not good on seals. I think price is on the high side for a boat that old. The owner always thinks a used whatever is worth more than it really is. I would think closer to half that price would be a decent price. You need to research used boat pricing and see what 18 to 19 y o boats are going for, I think you will find a lot less $. Check boattrader.com, boatus.com, iboats.com, if you find equivalent boats going for the same $ then ok, I think you find them a lot less.
