Looking at a 2001 Crownline 180BR tomorrow. Anything special to look for?

It has the 4.3l Volvo. Seller says it has been kept indoors. Any areas of the floor to pay special attention to? Original owner and they have only done fluids and impeller. I assume it will need bellows like a Mercruiser of that age. Timing cover could also be an issue.
