Long shaft motor on short transom boat? Help!

OK a buddy of mine has a 4 hp long shaft motor<br />but his boat needs a short shaft motor..he needs<br />a simple riser he can bolt on the back to raise<br />the engine 4 or 5 inches...checked Cabellas and<br />bass pro no luck...found other stuff on the web<br />but way to complicated and expensive and big..<br />This is just a 14 ft boat..I have seen simple<br />things like this on boats but no idea where to<br />get one..I could make one but it is his boat and<br />a bolt on one would look better than what I can<br />make.
