Long Beach Island NJ Any body bay fish there?

Hey all, I am a river fisherman with a 18 foot deep V Fishing boat. I am not real farmiliar with the LBI area but my young cousin really wants to catch a small brown Shark or of the sort? Any I deas or advice? Thanks all

You will catch dog fish in the bay. You might get a small brown shark near Holgate inlet.

Where is the best ramp to put in to get to Holgate inlet? Can you give me any ideas about bait, legalities of catching shark, chum, etc.....Thanks in advance.....is there a better place to go Little Egg or Barnagat? I matted for 7 years out of OC marlin tuna club but I am not farmiliar with bay fishing!

I just saw a brown on the surface while chasing around around a school of blues in LE Inlet. The best place to put in would be Capt. Mike's Marina down Seven Bridges Road. As for bait and chum, I'm not really sure. I think you use bluefish though as bait.
