Here's a tip for the fisherman who does not want to remove and store the downriggers after every trip.<br />Buy a couple of bicycle cable locks(check cable diameter first) You can thread the cable through your rod holder mounts and then give a couple wraps around the downrigger before locking it.<br />most theives are looking for an easy target...<br />once they see the units are locked to the boat somehow,they will look for an easier steal.
