I'm putting in newer seat / captain chair stands , the flange for the stands are twice the size , I've been trying to find where the gas tank is online , can't find it anywhere ,would I hit the gas tank with 3'' screws ,( that's what I removed), but now I'm moving the flange 5'' towards the center
