Welcome to iboats!

4 or 5 plugs. One on each manifold. One on each side of the engine block (these will be lower on the engine under the manifold.) And sometimes, one on the large circulating pump hose (engine water pump). And if no drain plug, remove the large hose and drain her out. Use wire to probe the holes while draining the water to make sure they don't plug up with debris.

Cuttin' it pretty close aren't you!?
You will have a total of 4 maybe 5! You have the 2 blue from the manifolds. In the block are 2 more, they will either be blue or be brass hex head pipe plugs. And the last on the circulating pump hose. If there isn't a blue plug there, just loosen the clamp & remove the hose from the pump.
Make sure you poke the block plugs to get the silt & sediment (crud as bond-o puts it) out of the way!

If you read the posts above... sometimes there is a plug in the large circulating pump hose and sometimes not. If no, you need to unclamp and physically remove the hose to drain the water.

Just to add my .02, personally, reading this forum helped to scare me into removing the drain plugs, poking wire etc, but I pretty much unclamp any hose I can find that circulates water. It's a hose clamp, and after the first year it's been pretty easy cause all the crust that accumulates between the hose and mating surface gets broken free/removed. I figure I'm a mechanical idiot, but I can remove a hose clamp. So hopefully you found the all the hoses mentioned above, in my opinion don't hesitate to remove more after you do a little diggin and learn where the hoses are that move water. Don't forget, main goal is to not be on the board in April starting the infamous "cracked block" thread. Good luck.
