Load range D 14" tire

Any one know of a load range D 14" tire for a dual axel trailer? Load range C has a rating of 1350 lbs... time 4 equals 5400lbs. Just weighed the whole shebang and it came in at 5700 lbs.

No wonder I have tire problems!

I have 14 inch load range D on my single axle.I think they are rated at 1760 lbs per tire. Check Northerntool website..thats where mine came from..

Check with your local tire store. After you pay shipping charges, you still have to have them mounted and balanced so why not just go there. If the tire(s) present a problem down the road you know where to go. If you are a repeat customer they may even dispose of the old tires free.

I have a full service (family owned) tire store where I buy most of my tires including farm related. If he doesn't have it he can order it and get it for you in a couple of days. Has access to most all brands even though his main line is Cooper.

I do not believe there is a load range "D" 14" ST tire. If there is, I have not found it yet and is why I am moving up to 15" tires.

My Towmaster 14" load range "C" tires have a rating of 1870#
