Live well pump

2000 Starcraft Superfisherman .Live wells did'nt work in the front or back . Put in a new pump on the transom. Now the rear livewell fills but the front one is silent, but the recirculate pump sounds like its working.Is there a second pump somewhere?The switch light is coming on, but no pump noise. I guess they both use the same pump but is this more of a switch problem for the front well? Any ideas from you experts?

It's not possible to have one pump switch between two live wells with two switches. A manual valve -- yes. But then you wouldn't need to switches. The switches merely turn a pump on or off. Probably have another livewell pump for the livewell that's not working.
