Well, depending on how this is set up it could be worth selling.
Divers like to run wet subs in some areas.. basically you would take this thing, put an electric motor on it, then the divers could get inside and drive it underwater to where they're going.
If they have to propel it via crank or whatever it's less useful, but if it would save them effort (and air) when in use it might sell.
Related item: Do a google search for homebuilt submarine... there are apparently a lot of folks, especially in germany, that like to build real submarines.
