Hi, new here, I have had this little boat for about 6 months, changed a few parts, it runs good now, but will not charge batt. rectifier looks burnt, and they are not cheap. I have found some on line, but they don't look like mine, think it was changed out to a cheaper one by first owner, any of you other searay owners have the same problem, thanks John.

Re: Little Jet searay

I always wanted a Sea Rayder. I saw just the one last year, 160 hrs, clean as a pin, bimini, trailer, etc. It was sitting ont he side of the road - the week before Xmas. No $.
Anyway, if you haven't conquered this problem yet, I'm sure you are aware that you motor is simply a Mercury O/B powerhead. Have you tried that route?
Merc rectifiers run about $35. I've gotten a few off eBay for $5.
