LINE THAT THE LIFTS CENTER BOARD ON A O DAY 15

I just bought an O Day 15. It looks like the line that lifts the center board is wearing. How do I go about replacing the line and what should I use?

Hi Jay, I sort of left your post to see if someone would answer it who knows what an Oday 15 is.. I have a 27 footer with a fixed keel and at one time had a 23 shoal draft.. on the shoal draft, the keel was lead and a swing keel was mounted inside of the lead keel.(no center board trunk in the cabin..) the swing keel was made of glass and was light weight, it had a quarter inch dacron line on it to haul it up and down. hope this helps a little.
