Ha Ha !! Did the ( d )Lund get shorted? Give us the ser. No. On the back of the boat sometime on a metal plate or just stamped in the transom some place. Red !

The first 3 letters of the HIN are known as the MIC. These first 3 letters "ILZ" mean that the boat was registered in Illinois as a homemade boat. Many such boats are built by hobby boat builders or former boat builders.<br /><br />- bayman

Wow.....thanks....I should take a picture of it and post it on the board...it has fins like a 1963 car....I keep wanting to put Cadillac Tail Fin lights on it....you know....the kind with 3 lights that came out to a point like cone....<br /><br />Thanks again for solving the mystery!<br /><br />Art, Megan, Bobby and Steffay!
