Re: LIFTING A BOAT

The NADA guides show a hull weight of 360 lbs.

Get a couple friends and just lift that boat off the trailer, then set it down in your yard, or better yet, on some old tires.

Re: LIFTING A BOAT

The weight on NADA is a Boston Whaler 13'.

Selles' boat is a whaler-like boat and might be a lot heavier.

Selles, move the boat back about a foot or two on the trailer. Put the trailer tongue on the ground and place a support under the stern. Then lift the tongue and roll the trailer forward a few feet while keeping the boat in place. Put more support under the boat. Repeat this until the trailer is out from under the boat.

To get her back on the trailer just reverse the process.

Good luck. :)
