Just throwing a question out - how many years/hours are people getting on their 4-stroke timing belts? Factory manuals are generally stating to check every few hundred hours (300 isn't it?). Mine is 3 years old with 550 hours and no signs of fatigue, oil contamination, or the like (04 115efi). Given the damage that will occur with a belt failure, when are folks changing their belts?
