BY THE MANUAL FOR YOUR ENGINES. THEY HELP A LOT.<br />THANKS GUYS.

Look at this old catalog on the website listed below for explanation of Ski Twin, etc.:<br /><br />Old OMC Site - 1965 Catalog<br /><br />Usually the "A" or "M" code at the end of serial number determines what model run or suffix is used for that model number. This could mean anything from a mfg change or say a supplier change during year of mfg.<br /><br />I hope this answers your questions...<br /><br /> :cool:
