LED light device in battery compartment

I have a 2021 Starcraft SVX 211 with 150 Honda outboard. There is a small electrical device in the battery compartment - it has several LED lights - it shows 1 green & 2 red lights on. What is this device, what does it do.

Man, you're so new you can actually see up to date information on your boat on the starcraft website!
I thought having a 1994 was pretty sweet, my other big boat is a 1963.
nearly 0 information on it!

boats are usually built to order, or the dealership makes additions depending on the client ask, especially on an outboard model.
