Leaks are soaking me

I have a AB inflatable. 10' with 25hp mercury on back. My boat has a aliumium floor and on the bottom were the fabric over laps metal it coming up or peeling away from metal.
when cruising I can see water coming in.
what's the best way to deal it back fabric back to metal..
I keep drain plug out went moving but at a stop it will fill with water and **** you off

I'd stick it in place and do several coats of flex seal over it should do the trick has worked well on the floor of my mariner 4
